Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Performance Parts Plug.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unmodified. All original parts, fittings, clamps, accessories and packaging must be included.
The product must be returned in a clean, resalable condition.
Products that have been cut, drilled, trimmed, painted, altered or otherwise modified may not be accepted for a change-of-mind return.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as the customer remains responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs where appropriate.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this returns policy. UK consumers buying online generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period, while separate rights apply where goods are faulty or not as described.
